How To Read These Metrics
Use this page to decide where marketing should spend effort first.
Trial conversion
Shows how many users started a trial in each period and later bought a paid license. Falling current-month conversion usually means onboarding, timing, offer, or checkout friction needs attention.
Active trial pipeline
Shows how many trial users are still active and how many expire soon. Use the 1/3/7 day windows for reminder emails, tutorials, and purchase offers before the trial ends.
Expired trial recovery
Shows trial users who did not buy after expiration. This is the main audience for win-back campaigns, objection surveys, discount tests, and education content.
Checkout abandonment
Compares checkout starts, failed checkouts, paid orders, and pending orders for the last 30 days. High abandonment points to payment method, trust, pricing, or technical checkout issues.
Revenue and product mix
Shows where revenue actually comes from by currency and SKU. Use average order value and product split to judge bundle positioning, regional pricing, and which product deserves traffic.
Cross-sell pools
Shows MP Trigger owners without AD Sampler and AD Sampler owners without MP Trigger. These are warm audiences for product-specific cross-sell campaigns.
Promo performance
Shows coupon redemptions, discount cost, paid orders, and net revenue. Compare coupons by net revenue rather than redemption count alone so large discounts do not hide weak profitability.
Source attribution
Shows which source labels produce paid orders and revenue. Use it to decide which campaigns, traffic channels, and content sources deserve more budget or need better tracking.
